摘要
介绍了汽车雷达误报警故障排查过程,通过零部件替换、机理分析等锁定暖风水泵电机为导致雷达探头信号异常的干扰源。从干扰源降噪、线束设计、雷达探头抗扰度提升方面给出整改建议并解决了雷达误报警问题。系统阐述了处理车辆系统间干扰问题的基本方法及电磁兼容正向设计-线束设计的基本原则,为电磁兼容工程师提供设计参考。
This paper introduces the troubleshooting process of automotive radar false alarm,and locks the heater pump motor as the interference source leading to the abnormal signal of radar probe through parts replacement,mechanism analysis,etc.From the aspects of noise reduction of interference source,the wiring harness design and the improvement of radar probe immunity,the rectification suggestions are given,and the problem of radar false alarm is solved.This paper systematically expounds the basic methods to deal with the interference problems between vehicle systems and the basic principles of EMC forward design-wiring harness design,providing design reference for EMC engineers.
