多孔C-TiO2复合材料的制备及光催化性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 利用廉价易得的油菜花粉作为碳基材料的原料,得到多孔的碳基质,在其表面负载二氧化钛,制备出不同二氧化钛负载量的C-TiO2复合材料。利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、N2吸附-脱附等表征手段对材料的形貌进行了表征。以光催化降解甲基橙为有机污染物降解模型,对该复合材料的光催化性能进行了评估。结果表明:碳和二氧化钛的共同作用,极大地提高了水中甲基橙的降解率;制备的CT3复合材料对甲基橙具有优异、稳定的光催化降解性能,对甲基橙的降解率达到92%,在处理有机污染物方面有广阔的应用前景。 Using cheap and readily available pollen as the source of carbon,the porous C base material is obtained;and then loading TiO2 on the surface of the C base material,the C-TiO2 composites with different content of TiO2 are prepared.The morphology of the material is characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,and N2 adsorption and desorption.The performance of C-TiO2 composites are evaluated using photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange as a model.The results show that the combined action of carbon and titanium dioxide greatly improves the degradation rate of methyl orange in water.The CT3 composite has excellent and stable photocatalytic degradation performance for methyl orange,and the degradation rate of methyl orange can reach 92%,which reveals broad prospect of application for the treatment of organic pollutants.
