摘要
为科学有效地评估生鲜农产品冷链物流服务水平,提出了基于云模型-IAHP的生鲜农产品冷链物流服务水平评估方法。首先依据生鲜农产品冷链物流特点构建了以农产品加工、低温仓储服务、冷藏运输服务、冷链物流信息化和人员素质5方面为主的生鲜农产品冷链物流综合服务水平评估指标体系。其次采用云模型有效解决了专家对评估指标评分信息中存在的模糊性及随机性问题,通过正向云发生器算法与逆向云发生器算法结合云滴排序的思想改进了云合并算法以提高综合评估结果的准确度,采用区间层次分析法(IAHP)建立了专家判断矩阵确立权重,引入可能度概念修正了生鲜农产品冷链物流服务水平评估指标的综合权重,克服了传统的层次分析法采用点值描述产生的不确定偏差,并用云相似度算法验证了综合评估结果。最后通过京东生鲜冷链物流试验仿真证明了该方法的准确性和可行性。结果表明:基于云模型-IAHP的生鲜农产品冷链物流服务水平评估模型可以有效地避免专家评判时的模糊性与随机性;生成的云图可以直观反映生鲜农产品冷链物流水平综合评估所处的等级,为冷链物流服务企业提供科学有效的管理决策支持。该模型同样适用于其他相关行业服务水平评估决策。
In order to evaluate the cold chain logistics service level of fresh agricultural products scientifically and effectively,a method for evaluating the cold chain logistics service level of fresh agricultural products based on cloud model-IAHP is proposed.First,according to the cold chain logistics characteristics of fresh agricultural products,the evaluation indicator system of the comprehensive service level of cold chain logistics of fresh agricultural products based on the aspects of agricultural product processing,low-temperature warehousing services,refrigerated transport services,cold chain logistics informatization and personnel quality is established.Second,the problem of ambiguity and randomness in the evaluation information of experts on evaluation indicators is effectively solved by using cloud model.The cloud merge algorithm is improved by the forward cloud generator algorithm and the reverse cloud generator algorithm combining with the idea of cloud drop sorting to improve the accuracy of the comprehensive evaluation result.The expert judgment matrix is established by using IAHP to determine the weights.The comprehensive weights of the evaluation indicators of the cold chain logistics service level of fresh agricultural products are revised by the introduced concept of possibility to overcome the uncertainty deviation caused by the traditional AHP which using point value description,and the comprehensive evaluation result is verified with the cloud similarity algorithm.Finally,the accuracy and feasibility of the method are proved by the experiment simulation of Jingdong fresh cold chain logistics.The result shows that(1)the evaluation model of cold chain logistics service level of fresh agricultural products based on cloud model-IAHP can effectively avoid the ambiguity and randomness of expert judgment;(2)the generated nepgogrm can directly reflect the comprehensive evaluation grade of the cold chain logistics level of fresh agricultural products,and provide scientific and effective management decision-making support for cold chain logistics service enterprises.The model is also suitable for service level assessment and decision-making in other related industries.
