摘要
由两个及两个以上PEM电堆利用歧管连接构成的电堆模块可以满足不同功率及电压等级需求,但歧管结构影响流体压降、电堆分配均匀性及输出一致性。基于多孔材料流体流动阻力特性,建立电堆压降简化模型,进而建立了歧管及电堆系统的流体压降及分配均匀性数学模型,基于此进行歧管结构与流体分配均匀性研究,模拟结果与实测结果吻合良好。研究方法与结论对电堆模块布置与歧管设计具有参考意义。
Two or more PEM stacks are connected by manifolds to form stack modules,which can meet the requirements of different power and voltage levels,but the manifold structure affects fluid pressure drop,uniformity of stack distribution and output consistency.Based on the flow resistance characteristics of porous materials,a simplified model of stack pressure drop was established,and then a mathematical model of the pressure drop and distribution uniformity of manifold and stack system was established.Based on this,the manifold structure and the distribution uniformity of fluid were studied.The simulation results were in good agreement with the experiment results.The research methods and conclusions provided reference significance for module layout and manifold design of the stack.
