摘要
目的:探讨桥式NPWT置入术在骶尾部压疮中的疗效观察。方法:选取2018年10月-2019年4月本院收治的50例骶尾部压疮患者。将患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组25例。对照组采用传统NPWT置入术,研究组采用桥式改良NPWT置入术。比较两组患者PUSH评分、创面渗液pH值、创面温度、血清EPO水平、创面修复时间、舒适度及并发症发生情况。结果:治疗后,研究组创面温度高于对照组,PUSH评分、创面渗液pH值均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后1、3周,研究组血清EPO水平均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组创面修复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组舒适度高于对照组,导管处压疮发生率低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在骶尾部压疮患者中,与传统NPWT置入术比较,桥式改良NPWT置入术固定效果更理想,可改善创面渗液pH值,提高血清EPO水平,缩短了住院时间及创面愈合时间,对导管固定舒适度提高具有非常重要作用,值得临床进一步推广和应用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of bridge NPWT implantation in sacrococcygeal pressure ulcer.Method:A total of 50 patients with sacrococcygeal pressure ulcer admitted to our hospital from October 2018 to April 2019 were selected.Patients were randomly divided into study group and control group,25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional NPWT implantation,and the study group was treated with bridge modified NPWT implantation.The PUSH score,pH value of wound exudate,wound temperature,serum EPO level,wound repair time,comfort level and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the wound temperature of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the push score and pH value of wound exudate were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).At 1 and 3 weeks after treatment,the serum EPO level of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The wound repair time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The comfort degree of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of pressure sore at the catheter was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:In sacrococcygeal pressure ulcer patients,compared with the traditional NPWT implantation,the bridge modified NPWT fixation effect is more ideal,can improve the pH value of wound exudate,increase the level of serum EPO,shorten the wound healing time,which has a very important role in improving the comfort of catheter fixation.Therefore,the implantation method is worthy of further promotion and application.
