摘要
通过元分析的方法分析早期丹佛干预模式对自闭症谱系障碍儿童认知能力、适应行为和核心症状的干预效果。纳入国内外高质量相关研究11篇,共256名被试,并考察量表类型、干预时长和干预强度的调节作用。结果发现:早期丹佛干预模式可以改善自闭症谱系障碍儿童的认知能力、适应行为和核心症状的严重程度。其中,在适应行为方面,不同量表类型和干预时间对实验结果具有显著的调节作用。
Meta-analysis was adopted to analyze the effects of the Early Start Denver Model on cognitive abilities,adaptive behaviors and core symptoms in children with ASD.A total of 256 subjects were included in 11 high-quality related studies at home and abroad.The moderating effects of different scale types,intervention duration and intervention intensity were investigated.The results show that the Early Start Denver Model can improv cognitive ability,adaptive behaviors and severity of core symptoms in children with autism spectrum disorder.In terms of adaptive behavior,the uses of different scales and intervention duration have significant moderate effects on the experimental results.
