摘要
目的:观察带线锚钉经肘关节前内侧小切口入路微创治疗尺骨冠状突骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取2016-06-01~2019-06-01经肘关节前内侧小切口入路带线锚钉微创治疗尺骨冠状突骨折患者32例,采用Mayo规范评分(Mayo elbow performance score,MEPS)评价治疗效果。结果:本研究患者均获得随访,平均5.3(3~12)个月。疗效评定:优22例,良10例,优良率为100%。患者肘关节屈肘为(144.5°±2.7°),伸直受限为(4.6°±2.4°)。术后MEPS评分明显高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:带线锚钉经肘关节前内侧小切口入路微创治疗尺骨冠状突骨折可获得良好的骨折解剖复位、侧副韧带及关节囊修复,手术操作简便、创伤小,能有效防止肘关节前方的血管及神经损害,肘关节稳定性牢靠,功能恢复良好。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified anterior elbow small incision approach in minimally invasive treatment of ulnar coronal fracture.Methods:Thirty-two ulnar coronal fracture patients who underwent minimally invasive treatment of anterior elbow small incision approach from June 2016 to June 2019 were selected.The elbow joint function was evaluated according to Mayo elbow performance score(MEPS).Results:All patients were followed up for an average of 5.3(3-12)months.The efficacy was excellent 22 cases,good 10 cases,excellent and good rate was 100%.The elbow flexion degree of the patient was(144.5°±2.7°),and the extension limited was(4.6°±2.4°).The MEPS score of the patients after operation was significantly higher than that before operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The minimally invasive treatment of the ulnar coronal fracture through the anterior elbow small incision approach with wire anchor can achieve good anatomical reduction and repairation of the lateral collateral ligament and the joint capsule.The operation is simple and the wound is small,which can effectively prevent the blood vessel and nerve damage in the elbow joint,the stability of the elbow joint is firm and the function is well restored.
