某型航空仪表波纹膜片与连杆焊接工艺的设计与应用

摘要 介绍了某型号航空仪表波纹膜片与连杆之间的自动焊接工艺,消除了电阻焊分流对焊接品质的影响,采用伺服加压焊接机头,配备焊接压力和位移量传感器,通过上位机和PLC相结合的方式,实现对焊接设备的控制和焊接工艺及焊接数据的管理,有效保证了焊接质量,提高了生产效率,实现了焊接数据可追溯。 In this paper,the automatic welding technology between corrugated sheet and connecting rod of a certain type of aeronautical instrument is introduced,which eliminates the influence of resistance welding shunt on welding quality.The servo pressure welding head is adopted,and the welding pressure and displacement sensor are equipped.Through the combination of upper computer and PLC,the control of welding equipment and the management of welding process and welding data are realized,which effectively ensures the control of welding equipment and the management of welding process and welding data.The welding quality improves the production efficiency and realizes the traceability of welding data.
