摘要
中心立柱型海洋平台主体支撑结构是一根直径较大的圆柱,其垂直度的好坏影响顶部平台结构是否满足设计要求,因此,垂直度的精确测量至关重要。提出了一种圆柱垂直度测量的新方法,应用全站仪自由设站法在圆周上均匀取点,将空间圆转化为平面圆,利用最小二乘方法进行圆心拟合,分别求立柱顶部与底部圆心坐标,采用圆度和点位中误差进行精度评估,通过计算顶部相对底部圆心偏移求得圆柱垂直度,与传统线坠悬吊法测量结果一致,此方法不需要搭设脚手架且不受风速影响,大大提高了施工效率。
The supporting structure of the central column type offshore platform is a large diameter cylinder,and its verticality affects whether the top platform structure meets the design requirements.Therefore,the accurate measurement of verticality is very important.In this paper,a new method of measuring the verticality of the cylinder is proposed.The points are uniformly taken on the circumference by the free setting method of total station.The spatial circle is transformed into a plane circle.The center coordinates of the top and the bottom of the column are calculated by least square method.The accuracy is evaluated by roundness and mean square error of point position.The verticality of the cylinder is obtained by calculating the offset between the top and the bottom circle centers,and is in agreement with that of the traditional suspension method.This new method does not need to set up scaffolding and is not affected by wind speed,which greatly improves the construction efficiency.
