骨扫描专业护理联合心理护理对99锝一亚甲基二膦酸盐全身骨扫描患者配合度的影响

Effect of Bone Scan Professional Nursing Combined with Psychological Care on the Cooperation Degree of 99mTc-MDP Patients with Whole Body Bone Scan

目的探讨骨扫描专业护理联合心理护理对99锝—亚甲基二膦酸盐(99mTc-MDP)全身骨扫描患者配合度的影响。方法将2018年10月—2019年2月期间开展骨扫描专业护理的99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描患者110例纳入对照组,另选取2019年3月—2019年8月开展骨扫描专业护理联合心理护理的99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描患者110例纳入观察组。比较两组患者成像质量、护理配合度、医院焦虑抑郁量表(HADS)评分。结果干预后,观察组成像质量优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组成像质量优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,两组HADS-A、HADS-D评分低于干预前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论骨扫描专业护理联合心理护理能够有效改善99mTc-MDP全身骨扫描患者负性情绪,提高护理配合度及成像质量。

Objective To explore the effect of bone scan professional nursing combined with psychological care on the cooperation degree of 99 mTc-MDP whole body bone scan patients.Methods A total of 110 patients with 99 mTc-MDP full-body bone scan who performed bone scan professional nursing from October,2018 to February,2019 were included in the control group.In addition,110 patients with 99 mTc-MDP full-body bone scan who carried out bone scan professional nursing combined with psychological care from March,2019 to August,2019 were selected into the observation group.The imaging quality,nursing coordination and hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the image quality rate was higher in observation group than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The observed composition image quality rate was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the HADS-A and HADS-D scores of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Bone scan professional nursing combined with psychological care can effectively improve the negative emotions of 99 mTc-MDP whole body bone scan patients,and improve the nursing coordination and imaging quality.
