神经外科低年资医护人员基于案例的PDG团队培训实施 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨对神经外科低年资医护人员进行基于案例的PDG团队培训的应用和效果。方法2019年1月—2019年12月,对医院35名神经外科低年资医护人员采用基于案例的PDG团队学习法进行培训,调查专业知识变化和对培训效果的评价。结果低年资医护人员的专业知识考核总平均分由(76.65±7.61)分提高到(87.95±5.83)分(P<0.001),70%以上的培训者认为提高了职业综合素质。结论基于案例的PDG团队培训有利于神经外科低年资医护人员的专业知识和职业素质的综合提高。 Objective To explore the application and effect of case-based PDG team training for junior neurosurgical medical and nursing staff.Methods From January to December 2019,35 junior neurosurgical medical and nursing staff in the first hospital of China medical university were trained by case-based PDG team training,were surveyed on the change of professional knowledge and evaluation of training effect.Results The total average score of professional knowledge of the junior medical and nursing staff was raised from(76.65±7.61)to(87.95±5.83)(t=6.974,P<0.001),and more than 70%of the trainees thought that they had improved their profession quality.Conclusion Case-based PDG team training can strengthen the professional knowledge of the junior neurosurgical medical and nursing staff and improve their professional quality.
