摘要
目的:研究膝骨关节炎(KOA)不同证候间患者血清核因子-κB(NF-κB)p65浓度、影像学特点及其与证候程度间的相关性。方法:54例KOA不同证候间患者,ELISA法检测血清NF-κB p65浓度、K-L分级标准量化影像学特点、中医证候量表量化证候程度。结果:痰瘀互结证(25例)和肝肾亏虚证(29例)患者K-L分级比较,差异无统计学意义;痰瘀互结证患者血清NF-κB p65浓度水平显著高于肝肾亏虚证患者(P<0.05);痰瘀互结证、肝肾亏虚证患者中医证候积分与血清NF-κB p65浓度水平比较,均呈正相关(P<0.05),与K-L分级比较,均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:KOA患者不同证候间血清NF-κB p65浓度特点不同,反应了中医证候程度;K-L分级特点可以反应中医证候程度。
Objective:To study the concentration of serum NF-κB p65 in patients with different syndromes of knee osteoarthritis(KOA),as well as X-ray imaging characteristics and the correlation between syndrome severity.Methods:In 54 patients with different syndromes of KOA,serum NF-κB p65 concentration level was measured by ELISA,quantitative imaging characteristics were measured by Kellgren-Lawrence(K-L)grade,and the degree of syndromes were measured by TCM syndrome scale.Results:There was no significant difference in the quantification of K-L grade between KOA patients with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome(25 cases)and KOA patients with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome(29 cases).The serum concentration level of NF-κB p65 in KOA patients with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome was higher than that in KOA patients with liver-kidney deficiency syndrome(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of KOA patients with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,liver-kidney deficiency syndrome were positively correlated with the serum concentration level of NF-κB p65(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of KOA patients with intermingled phlegm and blood stasis syndrome,liverkidney deficiency syndrome were positively correlated with the quantification level of K-L grading standard(P<0.05).Conclusion:The characteristics of serum NF-κB p65 concentration in patients with KOA are different among different syndromes,which reflects the degree of TCM syndrome.K-L grading characteristics can reflect the degree of TCM syndrome.
