摘要
国家实施“双高计划”引领职业教育类型化发展、高质量发展,是高职教育内涵发展的又一战略举措。文章紧紧围绕《国家职业教育改革实施方案》核心要义,针对“双高计划”指明的方向和目标任务,对“双高计划”建设高职院校的发展目标和思路进行总结分析、科学研判,提出高职院校“提质赋能”的路径与举措,即以落实立德树人根本任务为统领、建设“双师型”教师队伍为重点、推进“产教科融合、校企合作”为抓手,通过全力推进“三个回归”、全面加强“四个信息化”,以实现人才培养“增值赋能”“三教改革”“多元办学”的“三大新突破”,全力推进高职院校特色化发展、高水平高质量发展。
The implementation of the construction of High-level Vocational Colleges and Specialty Groups with Chinese Characteristics by the state is to lead the typed and high-quality development of vocational education, which is another important measure of strategic significance for the connotative development of higher vocational education. Focusing on the core meaning of the Implementation Plan of National Vocational Education Reform" and following the direction and targets specified in the Opinions on the Implementation of the Construction of High-level Vocational Colleges and Specialty Groups with Chinese Characteristics, this paper summarizes and analyzes the development goals and ideas of the construction of High-level Vocational Colleges and Specialty Groups with Chinese Characteristics, and puts forward the paths and measures of "improving quality and empowering efficiency" in higher vocational colleges: to implement the fundamental task of moral education and talent cultivation, focus on the construction of "double-titled" teacher groups, promote the "integration of production, education, science and technology, and the cooperation between school and enterprise";enhance the "four informationization", so as to realize "three breakthroughs" in talent cultivation( "value-added empowerment", "three education reform" and "diversified school operation"), and further boost the characteristic, high-level and high-quality development of vocational colleges.
