乡村振兴背景下乡村旅游产业升级路径研究

Study on the Upgrade Path of Rural Tourism Industry Based on the Rural Revitalization

乡村旅游关联度大、受益面宽、综合拉动能力强,在乡村振兴战略实施中角色重要,地位独特。通过研究乡村旅游产业升级,促进乡村旅游健康发展,可以带动乡村振兴。从乡村振兴的视角,对乡村旅游发展现状进行审视,提出乡村旅游产业初具规模,但乡村旅游发展不平衡、不充分;发展形势喜人,富民效果显著,但结构性矛盾明显的问题。从乡村旅游的现状和问题视角展开乡村旅游产业升级路径的研究,乡村旅游产业升级,市场是基础,是乡村旅游转型升级的主动力;政府支持是保障,是乡村旅游转型升级的辅助动力;创新驱动是核心,是乡村旅游转型升级的内在推动力。乡村振兴背景下乡村旅游产业应通过市场导向与创新驱动助推乡村旅游产品升级,通过集群发展与政府支持助推乡村旅游要素升级,通过产业深度融合助推乡村旅游产业链升级。

Rural tourism plays an important role in the implementation of the strategy of rural revitalization.Because of its large correlation,wide benefit and strong comprehensive pulling ability.It has a unique position in the rural revitalization strategy.By studying the upgrading of rural tourism industry and promoting the healthy development of rural tourism,we can promote the revitalization of rural areas.This research examines the current situation of rural tourism development from the perspective of rural revitalization,and puts forward the problems that the rural tourism industry has begun to take shape,but the rural tourism development is unbalanced and insufficient,the development situation is encouraging,and the effect of enriching people is significant,but the structural contradictions are obvious.From the perspective of the current situation and problems of rural tourism,this research studies the upgrading path of rural tourism industry.The results show that the upgrading of rural tourism industry is based on the market,which is the key initiative of the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism;the government support is the guarantee,which is the auxiliary power of the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism;the innovation drive is the core,which is the internal driving force of the transformation and upgrading of rural tourism.The conclusion of this paper shows that under the background of rural revitalization,rural tourism industry should promote the upgrading of rural tourism products through market-oriented and innovation driven,promote the upgrading of rural tourism elements through cluster development and government’s support,and promote the upgrading of rural tourism industry chain through in-depth industrial integration.
