摘要
负荷聚集商(load aggregator,LA)是整合分散的负荷侧资源、实现源荷互动的重要主体,具有灵活的需求侧响应能力。为了考虑LA经济调度策略对整个网络的潮流的影响,建立了考虑LA参与的配电网双层优化调度模型。上层建立考虑收益最大化的LA优化模型。下层考虑配电网多种主动管理措施,以配电网有功网损最小作为优化目标,通过对潮流方程进行二阶锥松弛,将原混合整数非线性规划问题转化成混合整数二阶锥规划(second-order cone programming,SOCP)模型,降低了问题的求解难度。改进的33节点配电网算例仿真结果验证了所提双层优化调度模型的可行性和适用性。
Load aggregator(LA)is an important measure to integrate distributed load side resources and realize"source-load"interaction,which has flexible demand side response capability.In order to take the influence of its economic dispatch on the power flow of the distribution network into consideration,a two-layer optimal dispatch of distribution network considering load aggregator is established in this paper.By performing second-order cone relaxation on the power flow equation,the original mixed integer nonlinear programming problem is transformed into a second-order cone programming(SOCP)model,which reduces the difficulty of solving the problem and improves the efficiency of the solution.The simulation results of the improved 33-node distribution network verify the feasibility and applicability of the proposed method.
