深圳市妇幼健康事业发展回顾与展望

Development of maternal and child health in Shenzhen:retrospect and prospect

目的回顾深圳建市以来的妇幼健康事业发展历程,总结取得的成就和存在的问题,探索未来的发展思路。方法采用文献检索方法,对知网和万方数据库进行检索并筛选文献,结合地方志、年鉴等本地贮备资料等,对深圳妇幼健康事业的发展历程进行梳理、总结和分析。结果深圳市的妇幼健康事业可以分为三个阶段,分别是萌芽阶段、成长阶段以及发展完善阶段。深圳建市以来,取得了诸多可喜的成绩。建立了妇幼卫生健康体系,壮大了妇幼健康人才队伍,提高了妇幼健康水平,实现了妇幼信息化建设,发展了社区妇幼保健。但也还存在一些问题,包括妇幼健康事业发展存在区域不平衡,流动人口的妇幼保健服务相对不足,妇幼保健专业人才队伍建设不充分,事业经费投入不充足。结论应顺应“大健康”理念的要求,进一步完善深圳市妇幼健康服务体系建设。发挥好社区妇幼保健的“网底”功能,提高预防意识;改进专业人才的培养机制,提升服务质量。

Objective To retrospect development history of maternal and child health since establishment of Shenzhen City,summarize the achievement and existing problems,explore the development ideas in future.Methods CNKI and Wanfang database were retrieved,the literatures were screened,based on local chronicles and yearbooks,the development history of maternal and child health in Shenzhen was arranged,summarized,and analyzed.Results Maternal and child health in Shenzhen was divided into three stages:beginning stage,growth stage,developing and perfecting stage.Since establishment of Shenzhen City,many gratifying achievements have been made,including establishment of maternal and child health system,enhancement of talent team of maternal and child health,improvement of maternal and child health level,and maternal and child health information construction,but there were still some problems:including regional imbalance of maternal and child health development,relative lack of maternal and child health service among migrant population,insufficiency of maternal and child health talent team construction,and inadequate input of maternal and child health expenditures.Conclusion Complying with the requirements of the wide concept of health,construction of maternal and child health service system in Shenzhen should be further improved,the screening network function of community maternal and child health care should be strengthened,the prevention consciousness should be improved,the training mechanism of talent team should be improved to raise service quality.
