摘要
越南沿海二期燃煤电站工程采用长距离气力输送系统及干灰装船机的组合方式实现粉煤灰的外运。通过比较不同型式的干灰装船机的技术特点及应用情况,选择合理的干灰装船技术方案,并对方案进行优化;同时分析本项目长距离输送的技术特点,结合长距离气力输送系统与码头干灰装船机上下游设备的衔接合理性做进一步研究,为其他类似工程设计提供参考。
The second-phase coal-fired power station project along the coast of Vietnam uses a combination of long-distance pneumatic conveying system and dry ash ship loader to realize the export of fly ash.By comparing the technical characteristics and application of different types of dry ash ship loader,choose a reasonable dry ash shipping technical plan,and design and optimize the dry ash shipping technical plan;at the same time,analyze the technical characteristics of the long-distance transportation of this project.Combining the connection between the long-distance pneumatic conveying system and the upstream and downstream equipment of the dry ash loader at the wharf for further research,it provides a reference for other similar engineering designs.
