健身指导与实践校本课程开发理论研究——以“三分式”人才培养改革的校本课程为例 被引量:2

摘要 基于“三分式”人才培养改革,健身指导与实践校本课程的开发是一个持续、动态、复杂的过程,任务繁重,责任重大.在三级课程管理模式下,在“三分式”人才培养改革背景下,对“三分式”人才培养、健身指导与实践校本课程开发的关系进行论证,对该课程开发的学科依据、原则、程序、内容等进行研究,结果为:该校本课程开发以“技能发展功能的可替代性”“身体发展的个体差异性”“学校的资源与条件的差异性”为依据,遵循“科学性、特色性、完整性”原则,通过六个程序的开发,可以调动教师的主观能动性,发挥教师的特长,提高教师专业水平,发展学生个性,最终形成特色办学. According to the trichotomy talent training reform,fitness guidance and the implementation of school-based curricular development is a continuing,dynamic and complex process,which involves arduous tasks and a huge responsibility.Under the three-level management mode,and in the context of the trichotomy talent-training reform,an exploration of the relationship is conducted between the trichotomy talent training,fitness guidance and the implementation of school-based curricular development,probing into the theoretical basis,principle,procedure,and content.It is found that this school-based curricular development,based on the replacability of skill development functions,the individuality of physical development and the otherness of school resources and conditions,with the adherence to the principle of“scientificalness,uniqueness and integrity”,through the development of 6 programs,can bring into full play the teachers’subjective initiative,make better use of their specialties,enhance their professional proficiency,develop students’individuality,thus to run the school with characteristics of its own.
