摘要
目的:分析南京市某三甲专科医院青年人才培养与相关的科研产出情况,为医院制定相应培养措施提供参考。方法:以南京某三甲专科医院青年人才为例,分析2015年-2019年获得科研课题、发表论文情况。结果:随着培养规划和培养方案的实施,医院青年人才获批国家级和省市级课题项目数逐步增多;发表的论文,尤其是SCI收录的论文比例增加。结论:加大对中青年人才的培养力度,充分调动他们的积极性和创造性,为医院人才梯队建设奠定坚实基础,是医院可持续性发展的关键。
Objective:To analyze the training of young talents and related scientific research output in a certainGrade-A Tertiary Specialized Hospital,provides reference for the hospital to make corresponding cultivation measures.Methods:Take the young talents in a certainGrade-A Tertiary Specialized Hospitalas an example,analysis of the scientific research topics obtained and papers from 2014-2018.Results:With the implementation of training programs,the number of national-level and provincial-level projects for tal⁃ents is gradually increasing;published paper,the proportion of SCI papers has increased.Conclusion:We will intensify efforts to train young talents,give full play to the initiative and creativity,lay a solid foundation for the hospital talent echelon,is the key to the sustain⁃able development of hospitals.
