汽车专业校企合作模式及人才培养方式的探究

随着社会的不断发展和进步,汽车行业也取得了突飞猛进的进展,所以汽车行业和汽车领域对科研人才的要求越来越高,而高职的人才培养模式也在不断地更新,为了跟上时代的需求,校企合作的方式也成为了目前高职院校汽车专业的重点发展途径。但是在目前的高校采用校企合作模式的同时,也出现了很多的问题,所以文章针对高校汽车专业的校企合作模式进行了分析和探究,为人才的培养奠定了基础。

With the continuous development and progress of society,the automotive industry has also made rapid progress,so the automotive industry and the automotive field have become increasingly demanding for scientific research personnel,and the vocational talent training model is also constantly updated.Keeping up with the needs of the times,the method of school-enterprise cooperation has also become the current key development approach for automotive majors in vocational colleges.However,at the same time that the current colleges and universities adopt the school-enterprise cooperation model,many problems have arisen,so this paper analyzes and explores the school-enterprise cooperation model of the automobile major in colleges and universities,which lays the foundation for the cultivation of talents.
