锥台微造型对水液压安全阀阀芯润滑的影响研究

摘要 为改善阀芯动压润滑性能,引入一种新型锥台微造型作用于煤矿水液压安全阀阀芯外表面,通过改变微造型深度和锥台角度参数,建立模型并计算分析。分析结果表明:基于锥台微造型的水液压安全阀阀芯表面可产生动压力,有效提升动压润滑性能,减少摩擦磨损;阀芯表面动压力的压力幅值随深度的增大而增大,随角度的增大先增大后减小;阀芯表面承载力大小随深度的增大而增大,随角度的增大先增大后减小。 In order to improve the dynamic pressure lubrication performance of the valve core,a new type of cone-shaped micro-modeling was introduced to act on the outer surface of the valve core of the hydraulic safety valve of coal mine water.The analysis results show that the spool surface of water hydraulic relief valve based on cone-shaped micro-modeling can generate dynamic pressure,effectively improve the dynamic pressure lubrication performance and reduce friction and wear.The pressure amplitude of the dynamic pressure on the spool surface increases with the increase of depth,and increases first and then decreases with the increase of angle.The surface bearing capacity of the spool increases with the increase of depth and then decreases with the increase of angle.
