摘要
传统的由高校主导的规模化、标准化人才培养模式已无法满足新时代的社会需求,以人为本,以学生为中心的个性化人才培养势在必行。基于多元智能理论和个性发展理论,通过深入分析当前高校个性化人才培养的问题,进而提出相应的解决策略,包括:强化个性化人才培养理念;加强学生的历史数据搜集与个性分析;努力创造个性化人才培养条件;准确进行个性化人才培养效果评估。
The traditional large-scale,standardized talent training model led by colleges and universities can no longer meet the social needs of the new era.It is imperative to conduct human-oriented and student-centered individualized talent training model.Based on the theory of multiple intelligences and the theory of personality development,this study conducts an in-depth analysis of the current problems in the individualized talent training in colleges and universities,and then puts forward corresponding solutions including strengthening the concept of individualized talent training;strengthening the historical data collection and personality analysis of students;creating conditions for individualized talent training and evaluating the effect of individualized talent training accurately.
