基于车让人的右转专用相位设置条件研究

摘要 为了提高传统信号控制交叉口右转机动车在车让人通行细则下的通行效率,在对右转机动车通行效率和礼让行人现状调查的基础上,分析了右转机动车礼让行人的3种情况下人车冲突过程和穿越间隙进行了计算;基于右转机动车延误最小提出了车让人通行细则下右转专用信号相位设置的条件:右转专用相位设置后延误小于右转专用相位设置前的延误;最后运用延误模型进行实证分析,给出了不同让行情况下设置右转专用信号相位的临界流量。 To improve the efficiency of right-turn vehicles at traditional signal-controlled intersections under the traffic rules of vehicles yield to pedestrians,three distinctive situations of right-turn vehicles yield to pedestrians was analyzed,and the traffic conflicts between right-turn vehicles and crossing pedestrians and the critical gaps of right-turn vehicles under three distinctive situations were also analyzed based on the investigation of the traffic efficiency and the status quo of the vehicles yield to pedestrians.The setting requirement of the exclusive right-turning phase based on the minimum delay time was proposed:the delay of the right-turn vehicle after the exclusive right-turning phase is less than the delay of the right-turn vehicle before the exclusive right-turning phase.And finally,the delay model is used to compare the total delay of two conditions in a typical cross signalized intersection,and the critical values of the exclusive right-turning phase are given under three different situations of right-turn vehicles yield to pedestrians.
