摘要
为实现铝电解大修渣无害化处置系统自动化、智能化操作,设计并应用本控制方案。本控制方案以DCS为控制核心,采用工业以太网通讯方式采集破碎、球磨、反应、压滤、废气净化五个作业区的控制信息,在多个过程控制模块中计算,实现了检测、显示、控制、管理于一体。实时在线监测铝电解大修渣无害化处置工艺设备运行参数、运行状态、安全环保数据等,便于操作及管理人员及时掌握生产状况,实现了铝电解大修渣无害化处置线的稳定高效运行。该方案自动化程度高,人-机界面友好,保障了无害化处理过程安全平稳,实现了无害化渣符合国家Ⅰ类固废排放标准的目标。
In order to realize the automation and intelligent operation of the SPL harmless treatment,the control scheme is designed and applied.DCS is adopted as the control core in this control scheme,and industrial Ethernet communication mode is adopted to collect control information of five operation areas,including crushing,ball grinding,reaction,pressure filtration and waste gas purification,which are calculated in multiple process control modules to realize the integration of detection,display,control and management.Real-time online monitoring of the SPL harmless treatment process equipment operating parameters,operating status,safety and environmental data,etc.,to facilitate the operation and management personnel to grasp the production status in a timely manner,to achieve the stable and efficient operation of the aluminum electrolytic overhaul slag harmless disposal line.The program has high degree of automation and friendly man-machine interface,which ensures the safe and stable process of harmless treatment and achieves the goal of meeting the Ⅰ class of the industrial solid waste discharge standard.
