从“心肾并调”论治糖尿病肾病的思路及方法

Idea and Method of Treating Diabetic Nephropathy in Terms of"Simultaneous Regulation of Heart and Kidney"

糖尿病肾病是由糖尿病(DM)所致的慢性肾脏疾病。临床发现糖尿病肾病与心血管疾病关系密切,糖尿病肾病后期心脑血管并发症是其死亡的首要原因。以中医心肾相关理论为指导,阐述了心主血脉、肾主封藏、心肾不交与糖尿病肾病的关系,发现心肾不交、水火失调是糖尿病肾病发病的重要因素。结合病机特点,总结运用“心肾并调”方法治疗糖尿病肾病,强调交通心肾、平衡阴阳在糖尿病肾病治疗中的作用,在临床上可明显改善其心肾功能,达到心肾同补同治的目的。

Diabetic nephropathy is a chronic kidney disease caused by diabetes mellitus.Clinical findings showed that diabetic nephropathy was closely related to cardiovascular diseases,and the complications of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular in the late stage of diabetic nephropathy were the primary cause of death.Guided by the theory of correlation of Heart and Kidney in TCM,this study expounded the relationship between diabetic nephropathy and Heart governing blood,Kidney storing essence,and disharmony of Heart and Kidney,and found that non-communication of Heart and Kidney was the important factor in the pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy.Combined with the pathogenesis characteristics,this study summarized the use of simultaneous regulation of Heart and Kidney in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,emphasizing the role of communication between Heart and Kidney,as well as balancing yin and yang in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy,which can significantly improve the cardiac and renal function in clinical practice,so as to achieve the purpose of tonifying Heart and Kidney at the same time.
