三分式人才培养模式下化学类专业教学质量评价研究 被引量:1

摘要 人才培养模式与教学质量评价体系相契合才能真正地提高高校教学质量。“三分式”人才培养是按照“分类别指导、分阶段培养、分模块推进”开展的一种人才培养模式。文章分析了在大众化教育时代,此模式开展的必要性和有效性。研究了在此基础上的教学质量评价体系,指出了现行评价体系的优势与不足,提出了些许可供参考的建议。 Only when the talent training mode is in line with the teaching quality evaluation system can the teaching quality of universities be really improved.The triplasy talent training is a talent training mode carried out in accordance with the“classification guidance,stage training and module promotion”.The necessity and effectiveness of this mode in the era of popular education were analyzed.On this basis,the teaching quality evaluation system was studied,the advantages and disadvantages of the current evaluation system were pointed out,and some suggestions were put forward for reference.
