摘要
开展了SiCf/SiC陶瓷基复合材料的超声振动辅助切削试验研究,对比研究超声振动辅助切削及普通切削条件下切削参数对切削力的影响规律。结果表明:SiCf/SiC陶瓷基复合材料超声振动辅助切削时优选钎焊金刚石磨头,超声振动辅助切削相较于普通切削的切削力降低了10%~20%,主轴转速、进给速度、切削深度都会影响超声振动辅助切削和普通切削时的切削力。为降低切削力、减小刀具磨损,超声振动辅助切削主轴转速应控制在4000 r/min。
The ultrasonic vibration-assisted cutting experiment of SiCf/SiC ceramic matrix composites was carried out,and comparative study for the influence of cutting parameters on cutting force under ultrasonic vibration-assisted cutting and conventional cutting conditions were expanded.The results showed that brazed diamond grinding heads should be preferred for ultrasonic vibration-assisted cutting of SiCf/SiC ceramic matrix composites.Compared with conventional cutting,the cutting force of ultrasonic vibration-assisted cutting reduced by 10%to 20%.The spindle speed,feed rate and cutting depth will affect the cutting force during ultrasonic vibration-assisted and ordinary cutting,and the spindle speed of ultrasonic vibration-assisted cutting should be controlled at 4000 r/min in order to reduce the cutting force and tool wear.
