摘要
对硬质合金刀具、立方氮化硼刀具这两种镍基合金材料切削加工的主要刀具进行研究,通过切削加工试验分析不同刀具对镍基合金材料切削加工表面粗糙度的影响,进而优化得到适用于镍基合金材料超精密切削加工的刀具。
The two main cutting tools of nickel based alloy materials—carbide cutter and CBN cutter were investigated,and the influence of different cutters on the surface roughness of nickel based alloy materials were analyzed through cutting tests,and then the optimized cutter that is suitable for ultra precision machining of nickel based alloy materials was obtained.
