冠状病毒流行期间不同体温测量仪数值差异性分析

摘要 目的研究不同环境温度、测量部位及测量距离下的非接触式电子体温枪与水银体温计体温测量数值之间的差异,为疫情期间进一步选用非接触式电子体温枪进行体温初筛工作提供参考依据。方法2020年4月—7月分别在10.0~25.9℃(n=60)、26.0~40.0℃(n=60)环境下,对受检者分别使用9种非接触式电子体温枪(以下简称为“B枪”、“D枪”、“K枪”、“O-1枪”、“O-2枪”、“S枪”、“X”枪、“Y-1枪”及“Y-2枪”),分别距离额部(n=40)、耳部(n=40)、前臂内侧(n=40)和在1~5 cm(n=60)、5.1~10 cm(n=60)处的体温,同时以水银体温计测量的腋下体温为金标准,比较测量结果的差异。结果在10.0~25.9℃环境下,选择距离测量部位为1~5 cm时,9种非接触式电子体温枪测量额部、前臂内侧与水银体温计体温值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);“K枪”、“O-1枪”、“S枪”、“Y-2枪”4种非接触式电子体温枪测量耳部与水银体温计体温值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余5种非接触式电子体温枪测量耳部与水银体温计体温值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在10.0~25.9℃环境下,选择前臂内侧为测量部位时,9种非接触式电子体温枪在距离测量部位1~5 cm时与水银体温计体温值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);“D枪”、“O-2枪”、“S枪”、“X枪”、“Y-2枪”5种非接触式电子体温枪在距离测量部位5.1~10 cm时与水银体温计体温值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余4种非接触式电子体温枪在距离测量部位5.1~10 cm时与水银体温计体温值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在测量部位为前臂内侧,距离测量部位为1~5 cm时,9种非接触式电子体温枪在10.0~25.9℃及26.0~40.0℃环境时与水银体温计体温值差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论可在10.0~40.0℃环境下推广使用非接触式电子体温枪进行快速体温筛查,但为保持体温测量人员与受检者之间的最大安全距离,减少交叉感染的风险,也为了增加非接触式电子体温枪快速体温筛查结果的准确性和可靠性,推荐选择前臂内侧作为测量部位且测量距离为1~5 cm进行体温测量。 Objective To study the difference between the temperature measurement values of non-contact electronic thermometer and mercury thermometer at different ambient temperature,measuring position and measuring distance,and to provide a reference for further selecting non-contact electronic thermometer for temperature screening during the epidemic period.Methods From April to July,2020,Under 10.0~25.9℃(n=60),26.0~40.0℃(60),Use of 9 non-contact electronic body temperature guns(Below abbreviations“B gun”、“Dgun”、“Kgun”、“O-1 gun”、“O-2 gun”、“S gun”、“Xgun”、“Y-1 gun”and“Y-2 gun”),the distance from the frontal(n=40),ear(n=40),medial forearm(n=40),and body temperature at 1~5 cm(n=60),5.1~10 cm(60),respectively.the difference in measured results was compared using the gold standard for axillary body temperature measured by mercury thermometer.Results First:Under the condition℃10.0~25.9,when the distance measurement was 1-5 cm,there was no significant difference in the body temperature between the frontal part,the medial forearm and the mercury thermometer(P>0.05);There was no significant difference in body temperature between the ear and mercury thermometer measured by"K gun","O-1 gun","S gun"and"mercury thermometer"(P>0.05),for the other 5 kinds of non-contact electronic thermometers,the difference of body temperature between ear and mercury thermometer was statistically significant(P<0.05).Second:Under the condition℃10.0~25.9,when the medial forearm was selected as the measuring site,there was no significant difference between 9 non-contact electronic body temperature guns and mercury body temperature when 1-5 cmfromthe measuring site(P>0.05);"Dgun","O-2 gun","S gun","X gun","Y-2 gun"5 kinds of non-contact electronic body temperature guns at 5.1~10 cm from the measuring position of the mercury body temperature value of no significant difference(P>0.05),The other 4 kinds of non-contact electronic temperature guns were significantly different from mercury thermometer at 5.1-10 cm distance(P<0.05).Third:When the measuring position was the medial forearm and the distance was 1~5 cm,there was no significant difference between 9 non-contact electronic body temperature guns and mercury body temperature values℃10.0~25.9 and 26.0~40.0(P>0.05).Conclusion Rapid body temperature screening contactless electronic temperature guns can be promoted℃10.0~40.0 environments,however,in order to maintain the maximum safe distance between body temperature surveyors and subjects,reduce the risk of cross-infection,and to increase the accuracy and reliability of rapid body temperature screening results of non-contact electronic body temperature guns,It is recommended that the medial forearmbe selected as the measuring site and the measuring distance is 1~5 cm.
