摘要
对基于纹波的恒定导通时间(COT)控制方式的Buck变换器及其导通定时器工作原理进行分析,通过引入输入电压前馈调整COT,可以保证变换器在输入电压范围内实现稳定开关频率,改善电磁干扰(EMI)性能。输出阻抗传递函数及波特图表明该控制系统具有良好的负载阶跃响应特性。仿真及实验结果验证了理论分析的正确性。
The principle of Buck converter based on constant on time(COT) control and its on timer is analyzed.By introducing input voltage feed-forward,the COT can be adjusted,and the switching frequency of the converter can be stabilized in the range of input voltage and improve electromagnetic interference(EMI) performance.Through theoretical analysis,the output impedance transfer function and its Bode diagrams show that the control system has good load step response characteristics.The simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis.
