高职机电一体化专业三职生人才培养模式的改革研究

Reform of Talent Training Mode for the Higher Vocational Students of Mechatronics Major

根据三职生学习特点,针对高职机电一体化专业人才培养模式,从树立“四位一体”指导思想、确立“四能”人才培养目标体系、构建培养综合型实践能力的课程体系、推行理论实践交叉混合式教学模式、突出综合实践能力的考核评价体系及制度保障6个方面进行了改革,总结了一些经验和做法,为高职教育培养综合技术技能型人才、提高人才培养质量水平提供参考和借鉴。

According to the study characteristics of vocational school students,this paper especially reform the talent training mode for mechatronics major of higher vocational education,from setting up the"four to one"guiding ideology,establishing"four skills"talent training target system,constructing comprehensive practical ability,promoting teaching mixed mode of theory and practice,extruding the evaluation system of comprehensive practical ability,and building institution guarantee,to cultivate comprehensive technical skilled talents and improve training quality for higher vocational education for reference.
