摘要
以2013~2018年沪深两股89家新能源与新能源汽车上市公司面板数据为样本,运用固定效应检验与混合OLS回归,研究政府补贴对于新能源企业R&D投入的影响作用。研究结果表明,政府补助对新能源企业R&D投入存在促进效应而非"挤出"效应,但此效应仅在滞后一期时仍然显著,在滞后两期时不再显著。基于实证研究结果,从政府补贴资金更多流向中小规模新能源企业、采取持续性补贴政策、针对不同地区采取多种补贴方式结合的补贴政策等方面,提出促进我国新能源企业R&D投入的建议与对策。
Based on the panel data of 89 new energy and new energy vehicle listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock market from 2013 to 2018, this paper uses fixed—effect test and mixed OLS regression to study the impact of government subsidies on R&D investment of new energy enterprises. The results show that the government subsidy has a positive effect on the R&D investment of new energy enterprises rather than a "crowding out" effect, but the effect is still significant only in one lag period, and no longer significant in two lag periods. Based on the empirical research results, this paper suggests that the government subsidies should be more directed to small and medium—sized new energy enterprises, and adopt sustainable and diversified subsidy policies to stimulate the R&D investment of enterprises to increase R&D investment of new energy enterprises.
