摘要
空间油脂润滑活动件在真空环境下长期服役中易发生爬移流失,严重影响空间活动机构的服役寿命和可靠性。超低表面能防爬移涂层是一种抑制表面油脂润滑剂爬移流失并实现长寿命、高可靠润滑的有效途径。本文对研制的LWFP-YG紫外荧光型防爬移涂层的紫外荧光效应、表面能、真空存储稳定性和真空防爬移性能等进行了研究。结果表明,LWFP-YG紫外荧光型防爬移涂层具有较低的表面能,在光滑洁净的硅片表面形成的涂层的表面能为8.972 mN/m;当钢片表面粗糙度从138.7 nm增加到549.8 nm时,涂层的表面能从9.114 mN/m增加到10.078 mN/m;涂层真空存储后结构稳定,并且具有较好的真空防爬移性能,对全氟聚醚(PFPE)和多烷基环戊烷(MACs)两种润滑油脂具有防爬移作用。
Space grease lubricated moving parts are prone to creep and loss under high vacuum during long-term service,which seriously affects the service life and reliability of space mechanism.The ultra-low surface energy anti-creep coating is an effective way to suppress the loss of surface lubricant creep and achieve long life and high reliable lubrication.In this paper,the ultraviolet fluorescence effect,surface energy,vacuum storage stability and vacuum anti-creep properties of lubricating grease of LWFP-YG ultraviolet fluorescent anti-creep coatings were studied.The results show that the LWFP-YG ultraviolet fluorescent anti-creep coating has a lower surface energy.The surface energy of the coating formed on the smooth and clean silicon is 8.972 mN/m.When the surface roughness of the steel sheet increases from 138.7 nm to 549.8 nm,the surface energy of the coating increases from 9.114 mN/m to 10.078 mN/m.The structure of anti-creep coating is stable after vacuum storage,and the coating has good vacuum anti-climbing performance,the PFPE and MACs lubricating grease were blocked.
