基于专业融合的高职志愿服务实践研究——以常州纺织服装职业技术学院纺织学院为例

Research of Voluntary Service Practice of the Higher Vocational College Based on Specialty Integration——Through Taking Textile College,Changzhou Vocational Institute of Textile and Garment as an Example

以常州纺织服装职业技术学院纺织学院为例对基于专业融合的高职志愿服务实践进行研究。将专业融合到志愿服务活动中能够提高大学生综合能力和社区服务质量,有助于社区与学校更好相处。高职学生志愿服务存在服务经验不足、服务能力不足和服务形式单一的问题。为了使专业更好地融合到志愿服务活动中,服装面料识别通识课围绕服装面料的典型任务整合设计了12个教学项目。可邀请志愿服务活动方面的专家和具有专业技能的一线教师针对具体的教学项目对学生进行专业指导和培训。可先由学生介绍服装常用的面料种类,然后采取手感目测法教居民初步识别面料成分。可让社区居民根据自身需求随时进行微课堂点播学习,这既有利于资源的积累、分享和交流,又创新了服务载体。大学生志愿者要更加凸显其专业背景与技能特色,在志愿服务实践过程中发挥出学有所长,学有所专的作用。

Through taking Texitile College,Changzhou Vocational Institute of Textile and Garment as an example,the research explores the voluntary service practice of the higher vocational college based on specialty integration.Integration of specialty into voluntary service activities can improve the comprehensive ability and community service quality of college students,and it is beneficial to the better communication between community and college.There are some problems in voluntary service of college students in higher vocational college,such as lack of service experience,ability and form.In order to make the specialty better integrate into voluntary service activities,we design 12 teaching items according to the typical task of garment fabric in garment fabric identification general education.It is suggested to invite experts of voluntary service activities and teachers characterized with professional skills according to specific teaching project to provide students with professional guidance and training,to make students introduce common shell fabric types of clothing,and to adopt hand feeling ocular estimation to provide professional guidance and training for the students.Community residents can study through micro course broadcasting according to their requirements.This is not only beneficial to the accumulation,share and communication of the resource,but also the innovation of the service carrier.College student volunteers should highlight the professional background and skill characteristics,and play the function of specialty in learning in voluntary service practice.
