海上油田同心双管分层注入管柱打捞技术应用

摘要 海上Q油田渤25井修井作业过程中,井内同心双管分层注入管柱遇卡,为恢复该井注水,采用水力内割刀切割技术、内外层油管交替倒扣打捞技术、震击打捞技术,最终打捞出全部注入管柱。由此获得经验归纳如下:针对防砂段垢卡的注入管柱,首先应在分注管柱以上切割,再打捞割点以下管柱;应遵循倒扣打捞为主、震击为辅的处理方式;打捞φ48.26 mm油管应优先选用φ108 mm多功能打捞筒。 During the workover operation of Well Bo25 in offshore Q oilfield,the concentric double-pipe layered injection string in the well was stuck.In order to restore the water injection of the well,the hydraulic cutting technology,the inner and outer tubing alternately back-off fishing technology,and the shock fishing technology were used to finally pull out all the injection strings.The experience is summarized as follows:For the injection string for scale stuck in the sand control section,firstly,it should be cut above the injection string,and then the string below the cutting point should be fished.It should be treated by means of back-off fishing dominated and shock fishing assisted.Theφ108 mm multi-function overshot should be preferred for fishingφ48.26 mm tubing.
