三种消毒剂对胶囊内镜外壳消毒效果研究

Disinfection effect of three disinfectants on capsule endoscope shell

目的研究3种消毒剂对胶囊内镜的消毒效果,为胶囊内镜复用消毒方法的建立提供参考依据。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验和模拟现场消毒试验方法,对3种消毒剂的消毒效果进行观察,评估对胶囊内镜的消毒效果。结果菌液有胰蛋白胨大豆肉汤的状态下,浓度为20 g/L戊二醛消毒液作用2 h,5000 mg/L邻苯二甲醛作用3 h,对金属片上污染的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值分别为5.89和4.13。在含有机物3%牛血清白蛋白的条件下,用1500~1800 mg/L过氧乙酸作用5 min,20 g/L戊二醛消毒液作用3 h,对胶囊内镜外壳上的枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭对数值均>3.00,而邻苯二甲醛作用7 h仍无法达到消毒合格。3种消毒剂的杀菌效果均会受到有机干扰物的影响。结论在菌悬液含牛血清白蛋白的条件下,过氧乙酸与戊二醛均对模拟胶囊内镜达到消毒合格,但邻苯二甲醛消毒效果较差。

Objective Three disinfection methods of capsule endoscopy were studied to provide reference for the repeated use of capsule endoscopy.Methods Three kinds of disinfectants,glutaraldehyde,o-phthaldaldehyde(OPA)and compound peracetic acid,were used to carry out carrier quantitative germicidal test and simulated field disinfection test respectively.Results In the presence of TSB,20 g/L glutaraldehyde was used for 2 h and 5000 mg/L o-phthaldaldehyde was used for 3 h,The killing log of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores contaminated on the metal sheet were 5.89 and 4.13,respectively.When 3%bovine serum albumin as the organic matter existed,the effects of 1500-1800 mg/L peracetic acid for 5 min and 20 g/L glutaraldehyde for 3 h,killing log of Bacillus subtilis var.niger spores contaminated on the simulated capsule endoscopy shell were>3.00.While the OPA cannot reach the disinfection qualification for 7 h.The disinfection effect of three disinfectant were affected by the organic interferer matter.Conclusion When bovine serum albumin added to bacteria suspension,both peracetic acid and glutaraldehyde can disinfect the simulated capsule endoscopy,however ophthaldaldehyde owns worse effect.
