人格特质对医学研究生创新团队创新绩效的影响

摘要 课题组采用问卷法考察医学研究生创新团队成员的人格特质、共享心智模型以及团队氛围对创新绩效的影响,结果发现:人格稳定性与宜人性既可以直接影响团队的创新绩效,也可以通过共享心智模型发挥作用。开放性和严谨性不能直接影响团队的创新绩效,但可以通过共享心智模型影响创新绩效。外倾性对创新绩效没有直接预测作用,且共享心智模型无中介作用。团队氛围在人格稳定性、开放性、宜人性与共享心智模型的路径中起调节作用。未来组建及管理创新团队时,要重视在成员中培养积极的人格品质,加强团队沟通,营造良好氛围,鼓励知识和经验共享。 The research group investigated the influence of personality traits,shared mental models and team atmosphere of innovation team members of medical graduate students on the team’s innovation performance with the questionnaire method.The results are as follows.Personality stability and agreeableness can not only affect the team’s innovation performance directly,but also play a role through shared mental models.Openness and conscientiousness cannot directly affect the team's innovation performance,but they can influence it through shared mental models.Extraversion has no direct predictive effect on innovation performance and shared mental models have no mediating effect.Team atmosphere plays the moderating role in the path of personality stability,openness,agreeableness and shared mental models.In building and managing an innovation team in future,attention should be paid to cultivating the members’positive personality quality,strengthening team communication,creating a good atmosphere,and encouraging the share of knowledge and experience.
