波形钢腹板-混凝土组合箱梁扭转效应分析 被引量:1

摘要 简支波形钢腹板-混凝土组合箱梁扭转效应显著,文中根据组合箱梁受力特性,结合传统混凝土箱梁扭转分析理论,研究组合箱梁在集中偏心荷载作用下的扭转效应。结合相关文献的实验值,对偏心荷载下截面扭转翘曲正应力和扭转翘曲剪应力值进行修正,并通过ANSYS软件计算值进行对比分析。结果表明,在波形钢腹板-混凝土组合箱梁跨中作用偏心集中荷载时,扭转双力矩和弯扭力矩在跨中具有最大值,扭转翘曲应力在跨中截面处腹板底板交点处有最大值;跨中截面翼缘板自由端部翘曲剪应力为0 Pa;考虑扭转效应时跨中截面扭转剪应力均为弯曲剪应力的49%;理论计算值与ANSYS软件计算值误差小于10%,具有较好的计算精度。 The torsion effect of the simply supported corrugated steel web-concrete composite box girder is significant.In this paper,the torsion effect of the composite box girder under concentrated eccentric load is studied according to the force characteristics of the composite box girder and combining with the method of the traditional concrete box girder torsion analysis theory.Combined with the experimental values of related literature,the values of the torsional warping normal stress and the torsional warping shear stress of the section under eccentric load are corrected,and the result is also compared and analyzed with the value calculated by ANSYS software.The results show that when the eccentric concentrated load is applied in the middle of the corrugated steel web-concrete composite box girder,the torsional double moment and the bending moment have the maximum value in the middle of the span,and the maximum torsional warping stress is at the intersection of the web and bottom plate at the mid-span section.The maximum valueof the warping shear stress at the free end of the flange plate of the mid-span section is zero;when the torsion effect is considered,the torsional shear stress of the mid-span section is about 49%of the bending shear stress;the error between the theoretical calculation value and that resulted from ANSYS software simulation analysis is less than 10%,which has good calculation accuracy.
