在建筑工程项目建造过程中,如何利用BIM技术改变设计、施工脱节的现状是当下须解决的问题。通过调研对设计施工一体化发展现状进行研究,可知实现设计施工一体化需要同时关注管理和技术两方面要素,双管齐下打破设计与施工阶段的隔阂。站在BIM顾问方角度利用某商业综合体项目,针对BIM设计中出现的实际问题,描述如何利用BIM技术将后期可能发生的问题前置,在BIM设计阶段提前解决,促使BIM设计模型更好地传递到施工阶段使用,以期打通设计、施工之间的信息传递渠道,解决设计施工脱节问题,为实现建筑工程BIM设计施工一体化提供一些参考。

In the process of construction project construction,how to use BIM technology to change the current situation of disjointed design and construction is a problem to be solved at present.Through investigation and research on the development status of integration of design and construction,it can be seen that to realize integration of design and construction,we need to pay attention to both management and technology elements,and break the gap between design and construction stage in a two-pronged manner.This article stands in BIM consultant perspective using a commercial complex projects,aiming at the actual problems in the design of BIM,describes how to use BIM technology will later possible problems in advance in the design stage to solve in advance,plus prompted BIM design model better use to the construction phase,in order to get through the information transmission channels between the design and construction,solve the problem of design and construction between,for the realization of the construction project BIM provide some references for design and construction integration.
