摘要
运行中的汽轮机油应有良好的抗乳化性。选取某电厂破乳化时间不合格的运行油样与同牌号的新油按不同的体积比进行混合,测定混合油的破乳化时间,以找到使运行油破乳化时间降至理想值时所需最少的新油量。试验发现在运行油与新油的体积比在20∶1时,可将运行油的破乳化时间由45 min降低至22 min,有效提高了运行中汽轮机油的抗乳化性能,相较于全部更换新油,成本降低了95%。
The steam-turbine oil in operation should be of good demulsibility.To save the operation cost,new oil can be added into the unqualified operating oil to reduce the demulsification time instead of a whole replacement.To find the minimum amount of new oil needed,operating oil samples with unqualified demulsification time are selected and mixed with new oil with different volume ratios and the demulsification time values of the mixed oil samples are measured.It is found that when the volume ratio of the operating oil to new oil is 20∶1,the demulsification time can be reduced from 45 min to 22 min,which effectively improves the demulsification performance of the operating oil.Compared with the whole replacement,the cost is reduced by 95%.
