摘要
教育的发展已历经三代,目前正在进入第四代。为了实现有序而有效的教育革新,创建第四代教育,关键之一是探索第四代教育中的教师角色。第四代教育中,教师的角色会是高度多样化的,这里仅探讨其基本角色。教师的基本角色构成教师的整个角色结构的主干。我们需要对第四代教育中教师的基本角色进行定位,定位的主要依据有:人类的重大理想,生态文明建设对教育的基本要求,未来美好社会的要求和条件,第四代教育的总体格局,学习规律。第四代教育中教师的基本角色的构成有:学生学习的激励者和指导者,课程建设者,强有力的研究者,优质学习的力行者,创造新世界的参与者。
The development of education has gone through three eras,and now it is going into the fourth era.In order to realize orderly and effective educational innovation and create the fourth-era education,one of the keys is to explore the teacher’s role in this era,which is likely to be diversified,and this paper only focuses on the basic role of a teacher,which constituted the backbone of the entire structure of a teacher’s role.A teacher’s basic role in the fourth-era education should be defined based on the great ideal of the human being,the basic requirement for education from ecological civilization construction,the requirement and conditions of the coming good society,the whole setup of the fourth-era education and rule learning.It consists of the roles of an encourager and instructor of student learning,a curriculum builder,a hard-working researcher,a practitioner of high-quality learning and a participant in creating the new world.
