高低温稻壳灰对水泥砂浆性能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 为了研究高低温稻壳灰对水泥砂浆性能的影响,按一定的比例分别掺入高温稻壳灰、低温稻壳灰到水泥砂浆中制备稻壳灰水泥砂浆,并对试件的基本性能和微观结构进行了对比与测试研究。试验结果表明:低温稻壳灰可以增大水泥砂浆的稠度值,高温稻壳灰则减小其稠度值,且稠度值均随着掺量的增加而增大;低温稻壳灰水泥砂浆的保水率优于高温稻壳灰水泥砂浆,当低温稻壳灰掺量为10%时,保水率最大可达98%;两种稻壳灰水泥砂浆力学性能变化的规律基本相同,并且当低温稻壳灰掺量为5%时,水泥砂浆14 d和28 d的抗压和抗折强度最高。稻壳灰可以改善水泥砂浆的内部结构,稻壳灰掺量为5%时,水泥砂浆微观网状结构更加密集。稻壳灰的掺入,改善了砂浆性能,降低了水泥成本。 In order to study the influence of high and low temperature rice husk ash on the performance of cement mortar,this paper mixed high temperature rice husk ash and low temperature rice husk ash into cement mortar respectively in a certain proportion to prepare rice husk ash cement mortar,and made a comparison and test study on the basic properties and microstructure of specimens.The test results show that:low temperature rice husk ash can increase the consistency of cement mortar,while high temperature rice husk ash decreases the consistency,and the consistency increases with the increase of the content of rice husk ash.The water retention rate of low-temperature rice husk ash cement mortar is better than that of high-temperature rice husk ash cement mortar.When the content of low-temperature rice husk ash is 10%,the maximum water retention rate can reach 98%.The variation rule of mechanical properties of the two kinds of rice husk ash cement mortar is basically the same,and when the content of rice husk ash at low temperature is 5%,the compressive strength and flexural strength of cement mortar at 14 d and 28 d are the highest.Rice husk ash can improve the internal structure of cement mortar.When the content of rice husk ash is 5%,the microscopic network structure of cement mortar is more dense.The addition of rice husk ash improves the performance of mortar and reduces the cost of cement.
