含绿色证书跨链交易的综合能源系统运行优化 被引量:39

摘要 综合能源系统内可再生能源发电消纳率低和财政补贴压力大仍是制约其发展的主要问题。鉴于此,结合区块链技术和绿色证书交易机制,提出了含绿色证书跨链交易的综合能源系统优化模型。首先,分析了基于配额制的绿证交易流通机制和在区块链上部署绿色证书交易的可行性;其次,将不同市场主体划分为多链域结构,设计了不同链域间绿色证书跨链交易框架及其交易流程,打破了传统绿证市场中价值与数据的壁垒;最后,通过算例分析及模拟交易流程,结果表明,通过在综合能源系统中引入绿色证书跨链交易,不仅可以减少系统运行成本及促进可再生能源消纳,也提高了交易的效率和公开透明度。 The low consumption rate of the renewable energy power generation and the high pressure of the financial subsidies are still the main problems restricting the development of the integrated energy system. In view of this, combined with the blockchain technology and the green certificate transaction mechanism, this paper proposes an optimization model of the park’s integrated energy system with green certificate cross-chain transactions. Firstly, the green certificate transaction circulation mechanism based on the quota system and the feasibility of deploying green certificate transactions on the blockchain are analyzed. Secondly, the different market entities are divided into a multi-chain domain structure, and a green certificate cross-chain between different chain domains is designed, breaking the barriers between value and data in the traditional green certificate market successfully. Finally, through the analysis of examples and the simulated transaction processes, the results show that by the introduction of the cross-chain transactions of green certificates into the integrated energy system of the park can not only reduce the system operating costs and promote the consumption of renewable energy, but also improve the efficiency and transparency of the transactions.
