短杠杆手法配合中药熏药对腰椎间孔的影响分析

Effective Analysis of Short Lever Manipulation Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Fumigation for Intervertebral Foramen

目的:观察短杠杆手法配合中药熏药对腰椎间孔的影响。方法:选取从2018年1月~2018年6月我院收治的腰椎间孔狭窄患者60例作为研究对象,将其按照随机抽签法等分成A组与B组。A组患者实施短杠杆手法配合中药熏药结合牵引治疗,B组患者实施中药熏药配合传统理筋手法结合牵引治疗。比较治疗前1d、治疗2周后两组椎间孔面积、疼痛程度以及Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)变化情况。结果:治疗后A组与B组椎间孔面积均多于治疗前,且A组多于B组(均P<0.05)。治疗后A组及B组的VAS评分均低于治疗前,且A组低于B组(均P<0.05)。治疗后A组及B组ODI均低于治疗前,且A组低于B组(均P<0.05)。结论:短杠杆手法配合中药熏药应用于腰椎间孔狭窄患者中效果明显,有利于扩大椎间孔面积,缓解疼痛,促进相关功能的恢复,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To study the effect of short lever manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation for lumbar intervertebral foramen.Methods:A total of 60 patients with lumbar interstitial foramina stenosis admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to June 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into a group A and a group B by random lottery.Patients in the group A received short lever manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation therapy,while patients in the group B received fumigation combined with traditional tendon manipulation combined with traction therapy.The changes of intervertebral pore area,pain level and Oswestry disability index(ODI)in the two groups were compared one day before treatment and two weeks after treatment.Results:After treatment,the intervertebral pore area in the group A and the group B was larger than that before treatment,and that in the group A was larger than that in the group B(both P<0.05).VAS score of the group A and the group B after treatment was lower than that before treatment,and that of the group A was lower than that of the group B(both P<0.05).After treatment,ODI in the group A and the group B was lower than that before treatment,and the ODI in the group A was lower than that in the group B(both P<0.05).Conclusion:Short lever manipulation combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation has obvious effect for patients with lumbar intervertebral foramen stenosis,which is beneficial to expanding intervertebral foramen area,relieving pain and promoting the recovery of related functions.
