响应面法优化艾草精油抗菌微胶囊的制备工艺 被引量:2

摘要 为开发缓释型芳香抑菌微胶囊,提高艾草精油的稳定性,延缓精油的释放速度,以艾草精油为芯材,明胶与壳聚糖为壁材,采用复凝聚法对艾草精油进行微囊化包埋.以单因素筛选法对微胶囊的粒径、包埋率及产率进行考察.并结合响应曲面法,以包埋率作为响应值优化艾草精油微胶囊制备工艺.结果表明:艾草精油微胶囊最佳制备工艺是芯壁比1∶1、复凝聚pH值5.9、搅拌速度为600 r/min,在此条件下制备得到微胶囊的具有较高的包埋率,为67.58%.为艾草精油微囊化工业化生产及拓展应用领域提供了工艺支持和理论依据. In order to develop slow-release aromatic antibacterial microcapsules,improve the stability of tsao essential oil and delay the release rate of essential oils,tsao essential oil was microencapsulated by complex coacervation method with tsao essential oil as core material and gelatin and chitosan as wall materials.The particle size,embedding rate and yield of microcapsules were investigated by single factor screening method.Combined with response surface method,the preparation process of tsao essential oil microcapsules was optimized with em-bedding rate as response value.The results showed that the best preparation process of tsao essential oil microcap-sules was that core-wall ratio was 1:1,pH value of complex coacervation was 5.9,and stirring speed was 600r/min.Under these conditions,the microencapsulation rate was 67.58%.The study provided technological support and theoretical basis for microencapsulation and industrial production of tsao essential oil and expansion of its ap-plication field.
