摘要
在某燃油齿轮泵壳体的齿轮腔8字孔半精加工时,泵壳体发生开裂。对壳体失效件进行了断口分析、能谱分析、金相检查、硬度检查。确定壳体开裂的原因为壳体内部存在链状杂质相以及的残余应力大。通过优化锻造工艺,调整锻后热处理等措施,分散了杂质相,降低了壳体内应力。
In the semi-finishing process of the 8 shapes hole in the gear cavity of a fuel gear pump shell,the pump shell cracks.Fracture analysis,energy spectrum analysis,metallographic examination and hardness examination of the shell failure parts were carried out.The reason of shell cracking is the existence of chain impurity phase and the large residual stress.By optimizing the forging process and adjusting the heat treatment after forging,the impurity phase is dispersed and the internal stress of the shell is reduced.
