辽宁春播期精细化气象干旱评价 被引量:1

Assessment of detailed meteorological drought during spring sowing in Liaoning province

摘要 利用辽宁省1488个区域站自建站起至2018年与54个国家气象站自1961-2018年逐日降水、气温资料及人工测墒数据,对辽宁省春播期精细化气象干旱监测结果与人工测墒站结果进行定量化适用性分析对比,并对辽宁省近年来春播期干旱发生频率及范围进行分析。结果显示:2018年春播期辽宁省共41%的地区发生气象干旱,主要时段集中在4月下旬至5月上中旬。辽西及辽南地区旱情最为严重,其次为辽东南部地区。与人工测墒结果对比显示辽西地区气象干旱综合监测指数(MCI)描述结果最为一致。时空分辨率明显提高,但开展为农服务有一定局限性。辽西地区春播期干旱事件发生的频率和范围是5个地区中最高的,干旱风险较高,其次是辽南南部、辽北及辽东部分地区。 In this paper, the characteristics of detailed meteorological drought in spring sowing in Liaoning province was discussed based on daily temperature and precipitation observation data of 1488 regional meteorological stations in Liaoning province from built-up time to 2018 and 54 meteorological stations from 1961 to 2014. Also, the data of stations for manual moisture observation was used and compared with front research. Results show that in 2018, meteorological drought occurred in 41% regions of Liaoning province. The occurrence times concentrated between late April until mid-May. The drought was serious in western and southern Liaoning, and the next was south part of eastern Liaoning. The integrated monitoring index of meteorological drought(MCI) was consistent with the results of manual soil moisture measurement, and it in western Liaoning was the most consistent. MCI had high spatiotemporal resolution, but it had many limitations on serving for the agriculture. The drought during spring sowing occurred with the most widely and highly frequent in western Liaoning than the other regions of Liaoning. So, the meteorological drought risk in western Liaoning is the highest, and the next are south of southern Liaoning, northern Liaoning and parts of eastern Liaoning.
