激素依赖性皮炎是由于类固醇药物使用不当,局部皮肤出现红斑、水肿、脓疱等症状和自觉瘙痒、干燥、灼热感的皮肤病。临床使用他克莫司、蓝科肤宁、复方甘草酸苷等缓解皮损症状,修复皮肤屏障功能,同时可结合中药及光电联合物理治疗,缩短治疗周期,提高治疗效果。
