摘要
后疫情时代开放与多元的混合教学将会成为常态,这并非传统课堂与线上学习的简单叠加,而是多元教学模式与不同教学对象、教学内容、教学需求的有机融合。该文基于高校学生调查数据,探究线上线下教学情境中学生学业参与范式差异及其对教学成效的影响,清晰线上教学成效的综合影响机制。研究发现:(1)线上线下教学情境中学生的自主时间配置结构呈现显著变化,其不同学业参与范式对教学成效形成异质性影响;(2)教师的不同教学方法亦对线上线下教学成效产生差异化影响,规制型教学方法在线上教学中失效;(3)线上教学成效影响因素错综复杂,除学生学业参与和教师教学方法之外,网络课程适配和网络学习环境同样至关重要。研究为后疫情时代建构多元融通的教育实践改革提供重要的探索性方向。
In the post COVID-19 era,exoteric and diversified teaching is the integration of multiple teaching models with various objects,contents,and demands,rather than an unsophisticated combination of traditional courses and online learning.This study analyzes the survey data of college students to find the differences in students’academic involvement behaviors in online and traditional courses.The differences also contribute to clarify the impact mechanism of online teaching effectiveness.Three major results are as follows:First,the students’independent time allocation has a significant change in online and traditional courses,and the different academic involvement paradigms have heterogeneous impact on teaching effectiveness;Second,The courses’effectiveness is heterogeneously affected by teaching methods,nevertheless,the regulatory teaching methods fail in online situation;Last but not least,In addition to students’academic involvement and teachers’teaching methods,online course adaptation and learning environment are especially crucial to teaching effectiveness.This study provides an exploratory direction for the construction of diversified end integrated educational practice reform in the post COVID-19 era.
