摘要
试验研究不同比例大蒜皮对沂蒙黑山羊血清生化、免疫力及抗氧化功能的影响。选取4月龄、体重相近、健康的沂蒙黑山羊羔羊24只,随机分为4组,每组6只。将0 (对照组)、5%、10%和15%大蒜皮添加到粗饲料中饲喂羔羊40 d。其中,预试期10 d,正式试验期30 d。结果显示,5%大蒜皮可显著增加羔羊血清总蛋白和白蛋白水平(P<0.05),10%大蒜皮可显著增加羔羊血清白蛋白水平(P<0.05),15%大蒜皮可以显著增加羔羊血清白蛋白水平,降低血清尿素氮水平(P<0.05)。5%大蒜皮可以显著增加羔羊血清免疫球蛋白G (IgG)和免疫球蛋白M (IgM)水平(P<0.05),10%大蒜皮可以显著增加羔羊血清IgM水平(P<0.05),15%大蒜皮可显著增加羔羊体血清体C3、C4和IgM水平(P<0.05)。5%大蒜皮可以显著增加羔羊血清白介素-6 (IL-6)水平(P<0.05),10%大蒜皮可以显著降低羔羊血清肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)和白介素-1β(IL-1β)水平(P<0.05),15%大蒜皮可以显著降低羔羊血清IL-1β和IL-6水平(P<0.05)。5%大蒜皮可以显著增加羔羊血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性(P<0.05),10%和15%大蒜皮可以显著增加羔羊血清总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)、SOD和还原性谷胱甘肽(GSH)活性,降低丙二醛(MDA)含量(P<0.05)。试验表明,饲粮中添加大蒜皮对羔羊免疫力及抗氧化功能均有积极的影响,15%大蒜皮添加量效果优于5%和10%大蒜皮添加量。
The study was to research the effect of different proportions of garlic skin on serum biochemical, immunity and antioxidation of Yimeng black goats, twenty-four 4-month-old Yimeng-black lambs with similar body weight were randomly divided into four groups with six lambs in each group. Lambs were fed with 0, 5%, 10% and 15% garlic skins added into roughages for 40 d, including 10 d of prefeeding period and 30 d of normal feeding period. The results showed that 5% garlic skin significantly increased the total protein and albumin levels of lambs(P<0.05), 10% garlic skin significantly increased the albumin level of lambs(P<0.05), 15% garlic skin significantly increased the albumin level of lambs, and decreased the serum urea nitrogen level(P<0.05). 5% garlic skin significantly increased the levels of IgG and IgM of lambs(P<0.05), 10% garlic skin significantly increased the levels of IgM of lambs(P<0.05), 15% garlic skin significantly increased the levels of C3, C4 and IgM of lambs(P<0.05). 5% garlic skin significantly increased the level of IL-6 of lambs(P<0.05), 10% garlic skin significantly decreased the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β of lambs(P<0.05), 15% garlic skin significantly decreased the levels of IL-1β and IL-6 of lambs(P<0.05). 5% garlic skin significantly increased the SOD activity of lambs(P<0.05), 10% and 15% garlic skin significantly increased the T-AOC,SOD and GSH activity oflambs, and decreased the MDA content(P<0.05). The study indicates that dietary garlic skin supplementation has positive effect on immunity and antioxidant indexes of lambs, and15% garlic skin supplementation is better than 5% and 10% garlic skin.
